Simplyseedz Frozen Yoghurt Oat Bars
A super simple recipe to keep you cool this summer ☀☀
For this cool treat you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 x large pot Greek Lemon Yoghurt or flavour of choice.
- If using plain natural Greek yoghurt you may wish to add some maple syrup or honey for sweetness.
- 60g of our Simplyseedz plain porridge oats ( save a little just to scatter on top for decoration)
- 60g frozen* mixed berries
Put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix all together.
Next, then spread the mixture out onto a lined baking sheet, sprinkle a few oats on top & pop in the freezer until set, approx 1hr. Cut into bars and store back in freezer. I wrapped each bar in some baking paper.
A perfect cool down healthy treat!
Lots of options such as use our Dark Chocolate & Ginger porridge mix with some frozen mango or pineapple.

*Frozen berries speed up the overall freezing time of the bars. If using fresh fruit, then allow longer for the bars to set.
